Our Power System Virtual Laboratories have been developed from more than 42 years of industrial, consulting, teaching, and research experience in power systems. They are designed to transfer practical engineering knowledge—not just theoretical concepts—to students and practicing engineers. Each laboratory combines simulation, engineering analysis, and automatic assessment through the POUYA software environment. Students perform the laboratory exercises, submit their answers electronically, and receive objective, computer-generated grading. Successful completion of these laboratories provides students with a practical understanding comparable to years of supervised laboratory and engineering experience. |

| Laboratory Policy |
1. Laboratory LicensingThe licensing fee depends on the laboratory selected. Please contact us for the current list of available laboratories and pricing. 2. PaymentPayment may be made by PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Please contact us for payment details. 3. Student GradesThe grades of registered students will automatically be forwarded to the instructor designated by the organization purchasing the laboratory license. Students receive their own grades approximately two days after submission, while instructors receive the grading results immediately. 4. University AccessAfter payment, the purchasing organization will provide its official university or organizational email domain. Access to the laboratories will then be enabled for users with authorized email addresses from that institution. Example: If access is licensed for MIT, users with approved MIT email addresses may use the laboratories. However, only the students officially registered by the instructor for the current semester will have their grades reported to the instructor. 5. PricingAs an example, the DC Machine Laboratory costs approximately CAD $998.99 for one academic year (typically covering two or three semesters). Some laboratories are less expensive, while others may cost more depending on their complexity. A refund policy is available under certain conditions. Please contact us for details. Local or remote laboratory instruction can also be arranged upon request. 6. Automatic Examination ServiceAutomatic grading examinations can be prepared in either of the following ways:
In either case, the examination will be scheduled and made available to students on the specified examination date. The examination system follows the same automatic grading procedure as the laboratories. The typical service fee is approximately CAD $288, depending on the complexity of the examination. 7. Teaching ServicesExperienced instructors are available to teach and supervise the laboratories either on-site or remotely. Please contact us for pricing. 8. Worldwide AvailabilityThe laboratories are available for universities, educational institutions, research organizations, and industrial companies worldwide. 9. Free Demonstration LaboratoryA free demonstration laboratory is available within the POUYA software. Simply run the Chemical Plant example supplied with POUYA and click the blue LAB button. This demonstration, titled "Test Your Power System Basic Knowledge", allows users to experience the laboratory system and automatic grading process. Grades become available approximately two days after submission. Organizations wishing to receive official grading reports for participants may request this service for approximately CAD $38. |
